WISE-NYC and WISE-Volunteer are excited to support Big Truck Day, an annual community celebration hosted at Randall’s Island Park! This fun-filled event brings together families, city workers, and volunteers to explore the big vehicles that keep New York running—from garbage trucks to police vehicles and farm equipment. It’s a great opportunity to give back, enjoy a spring day outdoors, and see some trucks up close (yes, horns will be beeped!).

We’re looking for a small group of volunteers to assist with welcoming attendees, helping with giveaways, and other responsibilities supporting the event. It’s light work but a big help—and a lot of fun!
