Photo Release Policy

Policy Statement
This policy outlines how WISE may use photographs and video recordings taken at events, programs, or gatherings for promotional and educational purposes across various media. This policy applies to all WISE-hosted or co-hosted events, whether in person or virtual.

By registering or attending a WISE event, attendees acknowledge that photographs and/or video may be taken during the session and grant WISE the permission to use their likeness in communications that include but are not limited to newsletters, social media, and website pages.

Opting Out
We respect our members' privacy. If any participant does not wish to be photographed, they should inform the event organizer in advance or at the start of the event. In virtual events, participants may also choose to keep their video turned off.
